I’ve known Paula Rowe for many years, only the last year and a half I’ve grown closer to her. I consider Paula not only my Spiritual Mentor but also, thankfully, my friend.
Early last spring I signed on for 10 sessions with Paula as my Breath Coach. That Breathwork opened me up to so much more than I ever thought I was hoping to acheive. I learned so much about myself and things that I never even knew I needed to know about myself. Paula was not just an excellent Guide, but I grew to trust her very much. That relationship we developed and that trust has continued to grow long after my sessions with her were completed.
I love the fact that I always question everything…& gratefully Paula always welcomed & contine to welcome my seemingly endless questions.
She helped me by assisting me in my growing closer to my Higher Self & Higher Consciousness. She has always encouraged me and help me gain confidence in myself, which is a priceless gift.
I went on to becoming attuned to Usui Reiki 1 & 2. Currently I’m exploring other ways to continue my path as a Healer. I feel that beginning with healing myself, then others, I can help heal this beautiful Mother Earth that we are so blessed to be a part of.
Paula is someone whom I always feel that I can turn to for any questions or for just a simple check-in or a conversation regarding anything that is going on in my life. I’m not sure if I would have found my Truth and my Path without her…it’s possible, but what I do know is that she has been an intrical part of my journey!
She’s an amazingly gifted & patient Teacher & Guide. An extremely intelligent woman! I would strongly recommend Paula to anyone on any path that has a sincere desire to better themselves. I genuinely love this lady!
